What if customer service wasnt always about being tied to a desk in a call centre?

Working within our Commercial Team, you will be the main point of contact for your customers and assist them with 360 care, including resolving any queries that they might have. Communication is key, as you will build relationships with your customers based in the UK and the German speaking markets, as well as with internal departments.

Experience working within a Commercial environment isnt needed, this is a good opportunity for someone with great customer service skills wanting a role that gives them more ownership of their work. Your new manager will provide all the training you need, what we ask is that youre an outgoing and positive person who is IT literate.
