We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Team Member to be based in our Aylesbury office, supporting the Buckinghamshire Highways Alliance Partnership. Working within a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, supervisors, technicians, and commercial professionals, you will support the delivery of commercial, quantity surveying, and contract management activities across a portfolio of highways and infrastructure projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their commercial career within a collaborative environment. You will assist with cost management, contract administration, procurement, financial reporting, and project controls while gaining exposure to NEC contracts and major highways projects.
The Commercial Team Member provides essential commercial and quantity surveying support to the Alliance, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. The role is ideal for developing commercial professionals who want to build experience in highways, NEC contracts, cost management, and project delivery while working alongside experienced commercial managers and project teams.
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
