Commercial and Partnership Specialist, Crawley, West Sussex

We are seeking a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team in Crawley, West Sussex. The role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities aligned with our objectives.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and partners.
3. Negotiating and structuring partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
4. Monitoring partnership performance against KPIs and business goals.
5. Supporting the development of commercial strategies and proposals for new deals.
6. Executing joint marketing initiatives, such as events and digital campaigns.
7. Ensuring brand consistency across all partnership communications.
8. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
9. Analyzing data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
10. Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
11. Providing regular performance reports and insights.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport or Endurance racing.
• A degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field with a strong marketing background.
• Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs like Adobe.
• Reliable team player with strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
