Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Commercial Business Analyst & Implementation Specialist for a UK contract role. The candidate will map existing workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and drive tech-enabled business improvements within healthcare and commercial operations across the UK.

The role emphasizes leading implementations, optimizing processes, and building digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Collaboration with external partners and internal teams is key.

Qualifications

A degree (or equivalent) with solid IT skills and a fast-learning mindset for M365 tools.
Background in business analysis, customer support/business operations, and data management/privacy standards.
Demonstrated project management skills and hands-on expertise with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Drive Implementation: Lead rollout of key commercial projects, including EMR integrations.
Map & Optimize Workflows: Analyze processes, create as-is and to-be maps, remove bottlenecks.
Build Digital Solutions: Configure compliant tools within M365 to streamline operations.
Collaborate & Educate: Partner with suppliers/teams, lead demos, provide signposting and guidance.
Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with privacy by design and SDLC standards.
