SSP Group is seeking a strategic Commercial role to drive like-for-like sales growth through range optimization, price and promotion strategies, and space maximisation across brands. The role collaborates with Commercial Managers and the Head of Commercial to ensure EBITDA delivery against budgets and forecasts.

You will build analytical tools, run pricing trials, and present insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring rigorous, data-driven decision making to improve gross margin and brand

Formación

• Strong commercial storytelling skills to translate data into clear narratives.
• Experience analysing commercial data to drive insights and change.
• Ability to present findings to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
• A track record of using data to inform pricing and promotional decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the commercial strategy for brands to hit stretch EBITDA targets.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers to forecast impacts and budgets.
• Design and measure pricing and promotional trials with robust controls.
• Prepare trading proposals with clear financial value and steps.
• Create analytical tools and templates for ongoing reporting.
