Job summary

SSE plc offers a 12-week Summer Placement based in Glasgow or Perth, running full-time with Flexible First options available. The role develops business analytics and stakeholder engagement skills while contributing to SSE’s projects and performance.

You will study Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or Business Analytics and are expected to return to university after the placement, applying data-driven insights to real business decisions.

Our 12-week Summer Placement gives you the opportunity to develop business, analytical and stakeholder management skills while making a real impact from day one.

What We're Looking For

You’ll be in your 2nd to penultimate year of studying towards a degree in one of the below disciplines and intending to return to university following the completion of your placement. The disciplines available are:- Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or Business Analytics.

We're looking for candidates that would be excited by the opportunity to use insight, analysis and problem-solving to support business performance and decision-making.
