North & Midwest UK | Home-Based
£40,000-£45,000 DOE + Commission, Bonus, Car Allowance, Fuel Card, Life Assurance, Pension, 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days
Are you an experienced Sales or Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a talent for building long-term customer relationships?
I'm currently recruiting for a Commercial Sales Account Manager to join an established and growing business within the water treatment and building services sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being customer-facing, developing regional sales opportunities and working with technical products and solutions.
You'll be responsible for developing business across the North and Midlands, working with M&E contractors, end users and merchants to build relationships, generate new opportunities and manage projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.
You'll become a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them identify the right water treatment solutions while working closely with internal teams to ensure opportunities progress successfully.
At least four years' sales experience, ideally within territory or account management.
It would be advantageous if you have experience within: Water treatment, Building services, Technical sales, M&E - Selling to contractors, end users or merchants, Plant room equipment, Technical specifications or schematics
You don't need to be a water treatment expert from day one. What's important is that you're confident dealing with customers, understand sales, enjoy building relationships and have the curiosity to learn the technical side of the industry.
If you're looking for a home-based sales role with genuine regional responsibility, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to develop within a specialist technical industry, I'd love to hear from you.
