Parker Franklyn is helping a Leeds-based independent commercial insurance broker recruit an Account Handler to service an SME portfolio and learn more about increasingly complex risks. You'll be supported by experienced Brokers and Account Handlers, with chances to meet clients face-to-face and broaden your knowledge across underwriting and servicing.

• Ideally, a couple of years' experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
• Good understanding of commercial insurance and ability to service clients and insurers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop insurance knowledge.

• Support and service an established SME client portfolio.
• Assist with larger, more complex risks over time.
• Attend client meetings and support brokers.
• Develop knowledge with mentoring from senior staff.
