Product Manager Flexible PIB Group Full time Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has come about for a Product Manager.

Flexible on location but with an expectation to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing an existing portfolio of propositions* to ensure they remain market leading.
  • Managing insurer partners to ensure they fulfill their obligations and perform as required.
  • Creating new products and improving existing products following the product development framework.
  • Keeping up with market developments to ensure products remain fit for purpose.
  • Using insight to drive new ideas and innovative solutions.
  • Working with marketing to develop collateral and utilize multiple media solutions.
  • Understanding how to articulate the value PIB products deliver to clients.
  • Understanding the sales process in the divisions and ensuring collateral supports the sales messages.
  • Developing close relationships with the technical team and subject matter experts across the business.
  • Developing and managing insurer relationships for the benefit of PIB and our clients.
  • Project managing new product development initiatives and product renewals.
  • Owning the revenue uplifts derived from PIB products.
  • Driving product penetration and pipelining opportunities, understanding and reporting on product performance.
  • *Propositions/products include Panels, DAs/Binders, and other non-open market portfolio placements.

    Skill set

    • Experience in broking, insurer management, and deal making.
