Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler or in a similar role.
• Understanding of commercial products (property, liability, commercial combined).
• Ability to communicate with clients and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day enquiries across a varied portfolio of commercial clients.
• Build strong client relationships, understand their businesses and respond to their changing insurance needs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with insurers to arrange appropriate cover.
• Review clients' existing cover, identify gaps and explain suitable options clearly.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver accurate, responsive service.
