Salary: Dependant on experience | Position: Full Time | Contract: Permanent | Location: Kendal | Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

About the Role

• Providing support to agency Partners and clients, managing renewals, administration, and processing insurance policies.
• Managing your own book of renewals, including farms, businesses, and personal insurances.
• Offering first-class service and demonstrating our expertise.
• Handling enquiries, quotations, policy changes, sales, and administrative tasks proactively.
• Advising on products to ensure comprehensive client protection, including financial and risk management options.
• Liaising with underwriters and stakeholders to meet customer needs.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ensuring business transactions comply with FCA requirements with a customer-centric approach.

About You

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, face-to-face and on the phone.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a compliant environment and manage complex workloads.
• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, and adaptability to new systems.
• Hardworking team player with problem-solving skills and integrity.
• Aiming to excel and develop within the role.
• Experience in commercial insurance is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.

Qualifications Required

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English, or equivalent experience.
