Job summary

Get Recruited in Tadcaster is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive who wants genuine autonomy and a chance to grow a book the right way. This office-based role puts you in an independent brokerage that relies on its reputation rather than heavy-handed targets.

You’ll manage and develop an existing client base across commercial, rural and private client lines, generate new business through your network, and own your desk with a close-knit, quality-driven team supporting you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Commercial Account Executive role.
• Cert CII or above preferred.
• Acturis experience is advantageous.
• Autonomous, relationship-driven and team-oriented.
