Cowell Recruitment Ltd in Northampton is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage a portfolio of commercial and personal lines clients. You will be the primary contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships in a busy, supportive team environment.

The role is onsite with potential hybrid arrangements. Salary ranges from £33,000 to £50,000 plus benefits, with standard hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail when reviewing client documentation to support accurate quotes
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts
• Support renewal retention targets while meeting FCA requirements
• Willingness to learn and progress within Commercial Account handling roles
• Capable of processing data promptly on relevant systems to aid client service and analysis

Responsibilities

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our busy and friendly team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients, providing outstanding service, and building lasting relationships. You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.

In this role you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, who could range from sole traders, through to the MD/CEO of a large organisation, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

About you:

• You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process
• You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure we meet expectations and compliance standards
• You will be assisting the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, whilst exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
