Job Title: Comfort Global Assistant Brand Manager – Equity, Partnerships, & Digital

Fabric Enhancers is a dynamic, fast-growing category in Unilever and the household products industry, with brands recognized and loved globally. Comfort is a €1 billion brand present in over 100 countries, known for its innovation and iconic teddy bear image, providing consumers with superior laundry experiences.

ROLE SCOPE

This high-visibility role involves shaping the future of the Comfort and Snuggle brands. It offers a unique opportunity to impact and build a legacy with a Power Brand.

Key priorities include:

  1. Revisiting brand fundamentals and developing a new Brand Communication Idea (BCI) with leading agencies.
  2. Leading the development of four global campaigns for 2026, including innovations and evergreen content, with plans for Cannes submissions.
  3. Pioneering Social First strategies and tools to enhance brand presence in culture and support innovations.
  4. Driving agency collaboration and excellence, partnering with global markets to co-create strategies that grow brand power and market share.
  5. Creating Limited Editions and partnership strategies driven by social trends to connect with target audiences.

Location
