ROLE SCOPE

This high-visibility role involves joining a new team to shape the future of the Comfort and Snuggle Brands. It’s an excellent opportunity to build a legacy and impact from the outset, with the chance to develop a Unilever Power Brand.

Key priorities include:

  • Revisiting brand fundamentals with agencies to update visual identity, brand love strategies, and brand guidelines, developing a new Brand Communication Idea (BCI) for long-term use
  • Leading the development of four global campaigns for 2026 (including innovation and evergreen themes, with Cannes ambitions), including robust testing
  • Developing and pioneering a Social First strategy and toolkit to enhance the brands’ presence in culture, supporting innovation and growth
  • Driving a collaborative agency ecosystem focused on excellence
  • Partnering with global markets to co-create communication strategies aligned with brand vision, marketing plans, and growth objectives
  • Creating Limited Editions and partnership strategies based on social trends and passion points to engage target audiences

Location

Our new sustainable campus in Kingston, London, is under development and will house employees from various locations. The role is based at 100 Victoria Embankment until early 2025, after which it will move to the Kingston Campus, subject to consultation outcomes.
