Job summary

Start Monday Ltd is seeking an experienced Combustion Service Engineer to cover the Milton Keynes & surrounding area. You will service and repair industrial steam boilers, commission new equipment and perform gas safety inspections in a field-based role across the region.

The ideal candidate has background in combustion systems, holds relevant gas-safety qualifications, and enjoys problem solving while delivering excellent customer service. A company vehicle and ongoing training are provided.

Solid understanding of combustion systems and industrial burners
Manufacturer training provided for right engineer

Responsibilities

Servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial steam and hot water boilers
Commissioning new equipment
Fault finding on gas and non-gas systems
Gas maintenance and gas safety inspections
Boiler upgrades and modifications
Carrying out site surveys
Completing risk assessments
Providing outstanding customer service
Supporting customers with technical advice when required

Are you an experienced Combustion Service Engineer with a background in industrial steam or hot water boilers?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of industrial steam boilers and combustion equipment who are expanding their UK Service Team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a skilled engineer to cover the Milton Keynes & surrounding area.

This is a varied field-based role where no two days are the same. You'll be working with a wide range of industrial boiler and combustion systems, providing first-class service and support to customers across your region.

The Role

As a Combustion Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

What We're Looking For

Ideally you'll have experience working on industrial steam or hot water boilers and have a solid understanding of combustion systems and industrial multi-fuel burners. However, additional manufacturer training will be provided for the right engineer.
