Job summary

The Sheffield College in Sheffield is seeking a Technician to support students and staff in workshops and classrooms. You will ensure equipment is ready for learning and maintain a safe learning environment across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting staff and students in the college environment, both workshops and classrooms.
• Carry out risk assessments associated with workshop practices, equipment and maintain full records
• Attend training and development as required
• Maintain workshops and equipment to a high standard in line with a healthy and safe environment
• Maintain stock levels and keep records, using the college on-line procurement system.
