St Piers, part of Young Epilepsy, invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant at College in Lingfield. The role supports tutors in delivering curriculum and fostering an inclusive learning environment, maximising individual outcomes. Term-time only, 39 weeks, 37 hours weekly, with DBS and safeguarding in place.

Salary £22,793.85 to £24,109.20 (SCP 5b-6 Senior LSA); permanent full-time position based at St Piers College.

Qualificações

• Provide consistent care and support to the learner group.
• Lead learning activities for a small group of students.
• Demonstrate ability to lead a small team in a classroom.
• Show evidence of promoting learning and recording learner progress.

Responsabilidades

• Be an effective member of a trans-disciplinary team to enable curriculum access.
• Assist with strategies to maximise learning outcomes for all learners.
• Create a caring, safe learning environment supporting growth and independence.
• Ensure classroom is prepared and organised per Tutor/Teacher specifications.
