Royal Mail Group is hiring a part-time Collection and Network Driver at the Wrexham Delivery Office. You will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:00–19:00, with potential Sunday duties to support peak demand.

The role blends delivery with mail collection and customer service on route. You will be part of a team delivering to customers, post offices and business clients, handling mailbags, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates upbeat, independent and self-motivated attitude.
• Great people skills and customer-focused approach.
• Happy to walk long distances and work outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible shift patterns to meet operational needs.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsabilités

• Securely deliver all items on your route and collect mail as required.
• Check post-boxes, visit post offices and business customers.
• Sort mailbags and ensure items reach processing centres accurately and on time.
• Deliver more than letters and parcels, helping customers day-to-day.

• A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.68p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-37 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 37 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.

As a Collection Driver, you're expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
