Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring a Collection and Network Driver in Oswestry (SY10 8GP) for a permanent contract, 15 hours per week, 5 days Monday to Friday, between 14:50 and 17:50. You will collect and deliver mail, check post boxes, visit post offices and support customers, with guaranteed hourly pay and benefits.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence (up to 6 penalty points) and a positive, community-focused attitude. Training and uniform are provided, with options for career development.

For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-37 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 37 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.

As a Collection Driver, you’re expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
