Job summary

You will support two main products: Securities Lending Escrow and Tri-Party Repo, delivering precise daily controls and strong client service across a global, evolving product set.

The role offers exposure to fast-growing collateral-based workflows, with a focus on client relationship management, issue escalation, and collaboration with Middle Office and Client Service

Responsibilities

• Complete Operations control checks via Operations Task Manager, ensuring all key control checks are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with Client Service teams and ensure any client issues are escalated in a timely manner.
• Partner with Middle Office and Client Service teams to ensure Client's receive exceptional service.
• Participate in Client Due Diligence meetings and service calls.
