Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of a range of Structured Products across asset classes (Equity Derivatives, FX, Commodities).
• Understanding of the booking flows from front office risk systems to settlement and lifecycle events.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in trade processing and records.
• Control mindset to maintain governance and risk controls across processes.
• Effective time management and prioritization under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with ability to build relationships across the bank and engage necessary teams.
• Pro-active problem solving with root-cause analysis and ownership to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supports Equity Derivative Structured Products Desks in EMEA across sales and trading.
• Facilitates trade bookings, validates trades, ensures settlement and client setup; handles buyback formalities.
• Works with sales to provide pre-trade approvals and correct onboarding before issue date.
• Responsible for booking Structured Products into front office systems.
• Projects to reduce manual labour, increase controls and mitigate input errors.
• Identifies and supports efforts to reduce manual work per trade across JPM teams.
• Drives future state of the Structured Products business and daily process improvements.
