Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior Business Analyst to define and deliver the Securities Services collateral management capability, focusing on Broadridge SFCM implementation. You will translate business, operations, risk and technology needs into clear requirements, workflows, interfaces and UAT criteria for onboarding, valuation and margin management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as a Business Analyst in banking or collateral management.
• 3+ years in Securities Services/Custody transformation or related domains.
• Experience with Broadridge SFCM/CMS preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRDs, FSDs and UAT criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements for collateral onboarding, eligibility rules, haircuts, margins and exposure monitoring into BRD/FSD/user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define data and integration requirements for positions, trades, prices, limits and exposures across custody platforms and data sources.
• Develop process maps, data lineage, reconciliation approach and control design for MT535/API/manual feeds.
• Support decisions on target-state design and governance for funding, integration and enhancements.
• Drive UAT preparation and execution including test scenarios for collateral value, breach alerts and margin-call triggers.
