Are you an experienced Business Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Capital Markets, OTC Derivatives, Collateral Management and Post-Trade Operations?

We're supporting a leading Global Financial Services institution with a high-profile transformation programme spanning its Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) division.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change, regulatory transformation and technology modernisation across complex trading and post-trade environments.

Working at the intersection of Business, Technology and Change, you'll help shape the future operating model, optimise critical processes and translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

The Opportunity

Joining the Collateral Management & Valuations function, you'll take ownership of business analysis and functional design across a portfolio of strategic and regulatory initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving business transformation - Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications.

Shaping future-state processes - Design and optimise operating models across collateral, margin, valuations and post-trade operations.

Delivering strategic change - Support regulatory initiatives, platform transformation and business process improvement.

Bridging Business & Technology - Work closely with Trading, Operations, Technology, Project Management and Software Engineering stakeholders to turn business requirements into effective solutions.

Influencing delivery - Develop and execute implementation roadmaps, ensuring solutions align with wider business objectives.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to engage experienced Senior Business Analysts / Business Functional Analysts who combine strong technical product knowledge with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver meaningful change.

You'll bring:

Proven Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking, Capital Markets or complex Financial Services environments.

Strong product and operational knowledge across Bilateral & Cleared OTC Derivatives, Repo, Securities Financing Transactions (SFT) and Listed Derivatives.

In-depth understanding of Collateral & Margin Management, Valuations, Market Data and End-to-End Post-Trade Processing.

Demonstrable experience delivering regulatory change, strategic transformation or technology-led improvement programmes.

Excellent requirements gathering, functional specification and process design capabilities.

The confidence to engage senior business stakeholders, challenge existing processes and collaborate with technical delivery teams.
