Role Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of Microsoft 365 (M365) and related collaboration technologies.
• Oversee engineering and support teams to ensure product meets business needs, drives value, and aligns with strategy.
• Manage a team of approximately 15 analysts and engineers, focusing on seamless collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
• Develop and maintain the collaboration technology roadmap, including feature adoption and legacy tool retirement.
• Ensure product security, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Use data insights for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration.
• Manage product budget, customer, and business outcomes, including cost savings and renewals.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven leadership in IT, managing technical teams through change.
• Experience with digital workplace and collaboration products, especially M365 suite.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in driving digital adoption and organizational change.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and resource optimization.
• Understanding of compliance and security standards.
• Knowledge of emerging collaboration technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• ITIL qualification.
