Cranswick Country Foods Preston site is expanding; we seek Cold Store Operatives to ensure receiving, palletising, storing and dispatching of products in line with safety procedures.

You will work in a fast-moving environment, operate MHE and WMS, monitor temperatures, and uphold HACCP standards while maintaining product integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold store / warehouse operations.
• Ped-Op licence advantageous.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that each vehicle is tipped or loaded as requested and anomalies are reported to a supervisor.
• Record pallet movements on the Warehouse Management System accurately.
• Take and record temperatures and report any anomalies immediately.
• If using MHE, drive safely and remove hazards while watching for others.
• Follow COSHH, HACCP and hygiene standards and relevant policies.
• Maintain pallet/product integrity during palletising and dispatching.
• Adhere to CCP monitoring, glass, labels and related paperwork requirements.
• Understand legislation and internal policies relevant to the department.
• Uphold good housekeeping and hygiene to ensure product safety in cold environments.
