Job summary

Bellway Group is seeking a System Support Analyst in Newcastle upon Tyne to provide second-line COINS support, data migration, and BI reporting. The role includes data integrity, testing upgrades, and developing integrations with other Bellway systems.

The ideal candidate will have ITIL certification, strong SQL skills, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and experience with COINS data migration projects. Local candidates preferred with on-site work in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Qualifications

• Experience with major data migration projects, ideally COINS data migrations.
• Experience writing, testing and refining AI scripts, preferably in Virtuoso or similar AI-enabled platform.
• Systems support and administration experience with SQL query tools/databases; Power BI and advanced Excel familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line system support for the COINS platform and data integrity.
• Assist data migration/testing for service packs and upgrades; implement new functionality.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other Bellway systems and support BI reporting.
