Job summary

Megger in the United Kingdom is hiring a Junior Production Operator for the Coil Winding team within Production Services. You will support the production of transformers and coils, assemble and test sub‑assemblies, and ensure finished products are packed and ready for delivery.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided. You should be comfortable entering data on a PC, reading drawings and bills of materials, and working as part of a collaborative, flexible team.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture transformers and coils to required quality and efficiency standards.
• Assemble, test, and pack assemblies/sub-assemblies in line with production plans or cell sheets.
• Support other production cells with flexibility and collaboration.
• Accurately book and count stock to maintain inventory records.
• Participate in improvement activities to enhance productivity and quality.
