The Role & Responsibilities

The UKI Market Lead has four primary responsibilities:

  1. Generate demand: Collaborate with account teams to understand trends, create sales plans, manage pipelines, and solidify client problem statements.
  2. Create solutions: Lead pursuit teams to develop tailored solutions, oversee deal structuring, and pricing.
  3. Trusted advisor: Build and maintain relationships with growth-focused clients, ensuring satisfaction and thought leadership, especially with senior clients.
  4. Internal collaboration: Coordinate with Cognizant teams to meet client needs, involving internal account planning and cross-practice collaboration.
Who you are

You are passionate about driving client growth through deep relationships and orchestrating experience and marketing solutions. You have experience in selling, solutioning, and client service within complex organizations, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships. Experience in large agencies or digital consultancies is preferred, with cross-vertical expertise valued.
