The Role & Responsibilities

The UKI Market Lead has four primary responsibilities:

  1. Generate demand: Collaborate with account teams to identify trends, create sales plans, manage pipelines, and define client problem statements.
  2. Create compelling solutions: Lead pursuit teams, craft deal stories, structure proposals, and manage pricing.
  3. Be an ongoing trusted advisor: Build relationships with growth-focused clients, ensure satisfaction, and generate thought leadership to deepen engagement.
  4. Collaborate across Cognizant: Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver integrated solutions.
Who you are
  • Passionate about driving client growth through deep relationships and orchestrating experience or marketing solutions.
  • Experienced in selling, solutioning, storytelling, and managing complex client organizations.
  • Skilled in leading teams and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Background in large agencies or digital consultancies is desirable.
