Position: Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Location: Nuffield Health Cambridge FWC | Emotional Wellbeing | Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Up to £47,750 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Nuffield Health is a charity dedicated to building a healthier nation through hospitals, leisure facilities, and community programs, focusing on emotional wellbeing. We are seeking a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to join our nationwide emotional wellbeing team. You will provide high-quality CBT to private clients, including self-pay, GP, corporate, and insurance referrals.

You will deliver assessments and treatments both remotely and face-to-face at our Cambridge Fitness & Wellbeing Club, supported by our dedicated team.

Requirements:
  • Accredited to BABCP (provisional accreditation acceptable)
  • Postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on patient care
