Job Title: Coffee Shop Supervisor
Location: Iconic Building, Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Position Type: Full-time

At Restaurant Associates, located within one of the iconic buildings in Canary Wharf, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. Our dynamic and forward-thinking team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our coffee shop operations and ensure customers receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring quality service and product consistency.
  2. Manage, train, and motivate a team of baristas to maintain high standards.
  3. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure the coffee shop is well-equipped at all times.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner.
  6. Ensure staff are adhering to company policies and health regulations.
  7. Assist with the development of new menu items and special promotions.
  8. Work closely with management to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
  1. Previous experience in a supervisory role in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and best practices.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
