We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

Creativity is our daily focus. From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations that help capture precious memories. Our services and events, including floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings, and cocktail master classes, are highly regarded. As Boutique Manager, you will elevate these in-store events and ensure their success. You will also oversee the smooth operation of the store and align your team with the Boutique and Brand vision. Coaching and inspiring your team to exceed KPIs and your own is essential.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Experience with retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days and hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
