Overview

Coffee Shop Supervisor: £13.30 rising to £13.84 per hour.

Starting salary equivalent of £24,206 rising to £25,188.80 per year, plus overtime.

They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with responsibilities such as key holding, rotas, cash handling, and hosting team briefs. You will also contribute to recruiting new colleagues, training them, and supporting them daily.

What you'll be doing

• Working with a variety of ingredients, including dairy, nuts, and meat products such as pork.

• Managing a dedicated and hardworking team of colleagues.

• Maintaining high standards of beverage and food service, focusing on selling and customer satisfaction.

• Motivating your team and prioritizing selling, customer service, and cost control.

• Ensuring health and safety, security, and shrinkage controls are upheld.
