Working for Luciano's you will be in charge of the day to day running of the coffee shop,. . Successfully managed day-to-day operations of a coffee shop, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.. Maintain high-quality service standards.. Demonstrated strong leadership skills by effectively delegating tasks, managing schedules, and fostering a positive work environment.. Implemented efficient systems for inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability.. Maintained a welcoming atmosphere by curating an aesthetically pleasing ambiance and ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.. Developed and implemented creative marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness.. Proactively resolved customer concerns and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.. Actively engaged with customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized service to enhance their experience.. Stayed updated with industry trends and incorporated innovative ideas to continually enhance the coffee shop offerings.. . Preparing sandwiches fresh in the morning for sale in the afternoon. . . Hours are from Monday to Friday 7am - 4.30pm
