Job summary

Daish’s Holidays in Weymouth is seeking a friendly Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for guests during their stay. You will serve a selection of hot drinks and food, greet guests, take orders, and maintain a clean, inviting shop floor.

The role includes weekends and bank holidays with shifts from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Prior coffee shop or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential; we value a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to

What will you be doing?

As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you'll be one of the friendly faces our guests see during their stay. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while providing great customer service and serving a selection of hot drinks and food.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly and attentive customer service.
• Taking guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and serving hot drinks to a high standard.
• Preparing and serving basic food items.
• Informing guests about the day's specials and other products available.
• Following all Coffee Shop procedures and maintaining high standards of service.
• Keeping the Coffee Shop clean, tidy and welcoming for our guests.
• Working confidently both independently and as part of a team.

What are we looking for?

Previous coffee shop or hospitality experience is helpful but isn't essential. We're looking for people with a positive attitude who enjoy working with people and providing great customer service.
