Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd is recruiting a Coffee Machine Technical Trainer to deliver technical training to service engineers and support onboarding. You will create materials, provide hands-on coaching, and train engineers on new products and technologies.

A full UK driving licence is required and the role is on-site. The position offers a base salary up to £40k DOE, Monday to Friday, with a company van for personal use, private healthcare, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to service engineers.
• Engineering or field service background with coaching/mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to inspire engineers at all levels.
• Bean-to-c cup or traditional coffee machine background preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programmes to service engineers.
• Support onboarding and development of new engineers.
• Create and maintain training materials and technical documentation.
• Provide hands-on coaching and field-based support.
• Introduce and train engineers on new products and technologies.
• Identify training needs with service managers and monitor effectiveness.
