Job summary

Notes Coffee Roasters & Bar in Canary Wharf Jubilee is seeking a full-time experienced Supervisor to lead daily hospitality operations and guest service.

You will oversee high-volume takeaway service, mentor a fast-growing team, and help create a welcoming atmosphere with great coffee, wine, cocktails and craft beers. Salary is £13.15 per hour, with Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, in a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or food & beverage.
• Excellent communication, initiative, enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Lead customer service and guest experience.
• Oversee shifts and ensure smooth takeaway service.
