Urban Reef in Southbourne, Bournemouth is seeking a Bar Team Member to join our busy beachfront venue. You will deliver fast, friendly bar service and maintain high standards across cocktails, beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks.

This role requires confident cocktail making, the ability to work calmly in a high-volume environment, and a friendly, professional approach with guests and colleagues. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and peak summer periods is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working behind a busy bar.
• Strong cocktail-making skills.
• Confident in serving beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks.
• Able to work efficiently during high-volume service.
• Friendly, professional and proactive with guests and colleagues.
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and busy summer periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly and knowledgeable bar service.
• Prepare cocktails consistently to Urban Reef standards.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for service.
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy shifts.
• Following all licensing, health and safety and company procedures.
