Key elements of your role as Head Bartender will include:

1. Welcoming customers.
2. Taking drinks orders and making recommendations.
3. Preparing and serving exquisite drinks.
4. Supervising bartenders and bar backs through service.
5. Handling financial transactions.
6. Keeping abreast of all drink legislation, food safety, and hygiene best practices.
