Job summary

EDAG Engineering UK is seeking a Module Leader for Cockpit & Cabin systems to drive cross-functional program delivery across the vehicle programme. You will own domain deliverables, manage DFMEA and BOM, oversee validation activities, and ensure cost, timing, and quality targets are met.

You'll lead engineering teams, coordinate supplier engagement, and ensure compliance with standards. This hybrid role offers 25 days leave, pension contributions and health benefits in a global engineering group.

Qualifications

• Domain ownership for Cockpit & Cabin systems across vehicle programmes.
• DFM guidance and manufacturing feasibility input.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and engineering standards.
• Complete system BOM structuring and ECN management.
• Plan and execute validation activities (virtual and physical).
• Deliver targets for quality, weight, cost and timing.

Responsibilities

• Own domain deliverables and manage cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate DFMEA activities with engineering teams and risk mitigation.
• Act as primary interface between engineering and wider vehicle development org.
• Manage domain-specific project planning, supplier engagement, and budget control.
• Ensure 100% sign-off through validation and documentation milestones.
