Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Coatings / Finishing Manager in Stoke-on-Trent to lead the coatings/paint finishing team and drive department strategy. The role offers a salary around £45,000 with 34 days holiday, progression and training opportunities.

You will oversee performance improvements, address quality and efficiency issues, and work a Monday–Friday schedule on-site at the facility.
