Rise Technical Recruitment currently seeks a Coatings / Finishing Manager to lead the coatings and finishing division at a busy Stoke-on-Trent site. You will manage a skilled team of operatives, implement department strategy, and drive improvements in quality and efficiency across the manufacturing site.

The successful candidate will have a background in coatings/paint finishing and experience in manufacturing environments, with a track record in leadership and delivering results.

£45,000 + 34 Days Holiday + Progression + Training + Benefits

Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire (Commutable from: Crewe, Stafford, Derby, Congleton)

Are you a manager, with a background in coatings / paint finishing, looking to join a leading company, where you will have the chance to male a real impact on the future of the division and mould your own teams?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, where you will manage a skilled team of operatives and have chance for further progression.

The company are a leading manufacturer, working with high end customers across the UK. Recognised for their high-quality products they are now looking to add a coatings / finishing manager to their management team.

In this role you will manage the companies coatings / finishing division across their busy manufacturing site. You will be responsible for developing overall performance, quality standards and efficiencies.

The Role:

• Coatings / Paint finishing Manager
