Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Stoke-On-Trent is seeking a Coatings / Finishing Manager to lead the coatings and painting finishing division on a full-time basis. You will oversee a skilled team, drive performance, quality, and efficiencies across a busy site.

The role offers a competitive £45,000 salary plus 34 days holiday, progression, training, and benefits, with Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5pm in a manufacturing environment and opportunities to shape the division.

Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire (Commutable from: Crewe, Stafford, Derby, Congleton)

In this role you will manage the companies coatings / finishing division across their busy manufacturing site. You will be responsible for developing overall performance, quality standards and efficiencies.
