Job summary

MET Recruitment UK Ltd is partnering with a manufacturing client to recruit a Production Technician for their busy, expanding production team in Tamworth. You will operate coating and inkjet machines, inspect panels, and help ensure quality while following established processes.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow written instructions and processes.
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-automated coating machine to apply solder resist ink to panels.
• Develop and inspect panels following the exposure process.
• Identify and report quality issues during inspection.
• Operate a semi-automated inkjet machine to apply legend print to panels.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Follow production schedules and company procedures.
