You will coordinate room cleaning, stock management, and safety practices while supporting the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping supervision or similar role.
• Ability to lead a team and report to the GM.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms to high standards.
• Ensure public areas are clean and welcoming.
• Promptly report maintenance issues.
• Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies.
• Train new and existing team members.
• Provide updates to the General Manager.
• Support a seamless guest experience.
