E3 Recruitment is recruiting a Coachbuilder for a leading, growing manufacturer in Cleckheaton. The role offers a 4-day working week, overtime opportunities, and progression routes within a modern, well-organised production facility.

Hands-on duties include assembling and fitting vehicle components, installing interior panels, and following technical drawings. Starting pay is £14.56 per hour, rising to £15.08 after training, with excellent career prospects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit vehicle components to build specifications.

• Perform quality inspections throughout the build.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams.
• Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards.
• Report defects or build concerns to supervisors.

About the Coachbuilder position

Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and fitting of components used in the build and conversion of specialist vehicles.

Duties of the Coachbuilder

• Assembly and fitting of vehicle components and equipment
• Installation of interior panels, brackets, storage systems, and fittings
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Following technical drawings, job sheets, and build instructions
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process
• Working closely with production and engineering teams
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards
• Reporting defects, issues, or build concerns to supervisors
