Job summary

CRP Group Global Ltd in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Coach Builder to join our vehicle conversion team. You will build, modify and fit vehicle components to a high standard for bespoke and production conversions.

You will work with aluminium, steel, plywood and composites, read engineering drawings, and use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a coach builder, vehicle converter or fabricator.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Skilled with a wide range of hand tools and power tools.
• Comfortable working with aluminium, steel, plywood and composites.

Responsibilities

• Build, fabricate, fit and assemble vehicle components and bodywork.
• Install flooring, seating and bulkheads as required.
• Modify vehicle bodies using drawings and build specifications.

Coach Builder

We are looking for an experienced Coach Builder to join our vehicle conversion team. You will build, modify and fit vehicle components to a high standard, working on bespoke and production vehicle conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, fabricate, fit and assemble vehicle components and bodywork.

* Install flooring, seating, bulkheads, racking, panels and specialist equipment.

* Modify vehicle bodies using engineering drawings and build specifications.

* Confidently use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment to complete work safely and accurately.

* Work with materials including aluminium, steel, plywood and composites.

* Maintain high quality standards and follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Coach Builder, Vehicle Converter, Fabricator or similar.

* Skilled in fabrication, fitting and assembly.

* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Experienced using a wide range of hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Desirable

* Experience with specialist vehicle conversions.

* Welding or fabrication experience.

* Basic electrical knowledge
