Job summary

Daish’s Coaches in Bournemouth is looking for experienced Coach Drivers to join a professional and friendly team. You will deliver safe, comfortable journeys, provide superior customer care and ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.

The role requires a UK PCV/PSV licence, CPC card and 2 years’ experience; you will perform daily safety checks, assist passengers, and stay informed of road conditions while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK PCV/PSV (Category D) Licence.
• Full Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving coaches or buses.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• A professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mandatory daily vehicle walk-round safety checks using the Tru Check App.
• Drive company coaches safely, legally and professionally.
• Assist passengers with journey information, comfort stops and luggage handling.
• Load/unload luggage safely and maintain a courteous, professional manner.
• Comply with DVSA regulations and company procedures.
• Attend Driver CPC and safety training and participate in development programmes.
