Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to oversee the sales floor and enhance associate and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial oversight, merchandising, and associate development.

With at least 2 years of retail management experience, you will assist in managing payroll budgets and ensure operational excellence. The role requires schedule flexibility and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the entire sales floor and receiving area.
• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets and expenses.
• Ensure that store standards and inventory processes meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store.
